Returns & order issues

Each Spare Hours sweatshirt is printed especially for your order. Please review our size guide before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind, except where required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly—ideally within 14 days of delivery—with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed issue at no additional cost.

Please contact us before sending anything back. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
